Pendo.io Japan seeks a Manager, Customer Engineering in Sydney, with a hybrid in-office and remote setup (Sydney in-office, Melbourne remote). Lead a team of Customer Engineers, drive health, retention, and expansion, and coach talent across the pod.

Set the cadence, partner with Account Directors, and push AI-enabled workflows to elevate customer outcomes. You will hire, onboard, and develop your team, ensuring ramp timelines are met while maintaining documentation and Salesforce hygiene.
