Randstad is partnering with a leading developer to recruit a Senior Contracts Administrator for a landmark $550 million apartment development in Brisbane's inner northern suburbs.
The role focuses on commercial administration from procurement through to final account, reporting to the Commercial Manager and Project Manager. You will lead procurement, tendering, and negotiation of major subcontract packages, and manage variations, progress claims and EOTs with solid stakeholder engagement.
