The role focuses on end-to-end telecom CRM implementations, including CPQ, order management, EPC and CLM, and requires robust knowledge of Omni Studio tools for design and data integration.

Candidates should have hands-on experience migrating legacy CRM platforms to Vlocity/Salesforce and leading full implementation cycles in a Telecom
