An established client-side Project Management and Development Advisory consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its close-knit Sydney team.

With nearly 20 years in the market and a diverse portfolio of private-sector projects, this role offers the chance to work across major developments in education, health, heritage, resources, residential, and entertainment.

The Opportunity

You will work across a diverse portfolio of complex projects, managing client relationships and coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

The current portfolio includes:

- Major education developments: Supporting significant masterplanning and multi-site projects, alongside a range of individual capital works.
- Large-scale regional projects: Contributing to the planning and delivery of major developments outside metropolitan Sydney.
- Heritage and adaptive reuse: Working on the transformation of existing buildings, from early design and consultant engagement through planning approvals and delivery.

You will have the opportunity to contribute across the project lifecycle, from planning, design and approvals through procurement, construction and completion.

About You

We are looking for a capable, commercially minded Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience and a proven track record in project delivery.

You will ideally bring:

- Demonstrated Project Management experience, either from the client-side or contractor-side.
- A strong understanding of construction, project delivery, programme, cost and risk management.




- The ability to take ownership and hit the ground running.
- Confident in managing clients, consultants and contractors.
- Solid communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine willingness to learn, develop and contribute to a high-performing team.

You will be someone who takes pride in your work, has a strong work ethic and can clearly articulate your experience, responsibilities and project achievements.
