Whizdom is seeking an experienced SAP Service Cloud V2 / ESM Consultant for a major Enterprise Transformation Program based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will drive workshops, design end-to-end SAP Service Cloud V2 and ESM solutions, configure workflows and case management, and support testing, deployment and adoption.

The role requires 7+ years SAP consulting and 3+ years implementing SAP Service Cloud V2/ESM, with solid stakeholder engagement and workshop leadership.
