Campos Coffee is seeking a Roaster to operate and maintain our coffee roasting equipment at Campos HQ in Banksmeadow.
You will roast to accurate sensory profiles and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely roasts for daily demand.We value team players who are detail-oriented, enjoy repetitive work, and are passionate about coffee.
Basic computer skills and physical ability to lift up to 24 kg are required, with training provided.
