Austal in Cairns, Australia is seeking an ECP Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership for Engineering Change Proposals and MoC governance across ISS contracts. You will coordinate engineers, SMEs and clients to ensure changes are technically justified, risk assessed and properly documented.
The role requires deep expertise in ECPs, governance processes and mentoring of engineers, as well as the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders across a global maritime portfolio.
