The Prospect
Lead structural work fronts on a complex infrastructure programme, coordinating site teams to meet safety, quality and programme requirements.
Your Work
- Allocate crews, subcontractors and site resources to daily structural works.
- Coordinate with engineers and superintendents and verify compliance with drawings and inspection plans.
- Monitor progress and subcontract performance and resolve delays and construction constraints.
- Run pre-starts and toolbox discussions and maintain safe work practices.
- Keep records of activities, inspections and delivery issues.
RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements
- Experience as a structures supervisor, foreman or similar on substantial infrastructure or construction projects.
- Strong structural-construction, sequencing and quality knowledge.
- Proven crew leadership and subcontractor coordination.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and inspection requirements.
- Clear communication and a hands-on, practical approach to safety and delivery.
