Optus seeks a Technical Specialist, Fixed Voice to operate and maintain the Fixed Voice network across Ribbon platforms, ensuring high availability and performance. You will contribute to modernization and automation while supporting enterprise and wholesale services.

You will lead fault management, incident resolution and software upgrades, monitor KPIs with Grafana, and collaborate with NOC, Engineering and vendors. A solid CS2K/C20/SBC background and ITIL experience are essential.
