McCormick Australia seeks a Demand Planning & Customer Service Manager to lead forecasting, service levels and the Integrated Business Planning process. You will drive a rolling 24-month forecast, align demand and supply, and partner with senior stakeholders to balance service, inventory and cost objectives.

You will mentor teams, improve forecast accuracy via analytics, and own SLOB management while collaborating with Sales, Finance and Operations to support informed decisions.
