You report to CBRE's Property Management team and act as the primary FM contact to keep the property well-maintained, compliant and running smoothly.You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage contractors, ensure WHS compliance, maintain asset registers, liaise with tenants, and produce regular reports using CBRE's FM systems.
