Located in Melbourne's CBD, the current 50-seat restaurant offers a contemporary, fitted-out space and a clear path to senior roles as the brand grows.
As Restaurant Manager you will lead daily operations, mentor the team, drive profitability, manage recruitment and training, and uphold brand standards.
