Job Description
The City of Whittlesea is hiring two part-time Customer Service Officers to join our Corporate Customer Service Team.
You will be the Council's first point of contact across multiple locations, delivering skilled, timely, and respectful service in a rapid-paced workplace.
Successful candidates will have proven customer service experience in a similar setting.
Roles operate on a fixed-term basis with no less than 24 hours per week and set shifts, providing flexibility and a supportive team
