Job Description
Australian Trade Remedies Commission seeks a Senior Legal Counsel EL1 for 12 months or ongoing.
You will provide authoritative legal advice on safeguards legislation, administrative law and statutory interpretation to support safeguards inquiries and decisions.
The role provides leadership across safeguards operations, develops regulatory frameworks and ensures compliance with domestic and international requirements while mentoring staff and building cross‐government partnerships.
