Job Description
Star Drilling in Thomastown, VIC, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across drilling rigs and support equipment.
The role is 50% hands-on and 50% leadership of a small mechanical team.
You will drive asset reliability, lifecycle planning, inventory control and compliance with OEM, statutory and client requirements while supervising one Mechanic and one Fitter/Fabricator.
Trade qualification and solid leadership are essential.
