Job Description
Timepers is seeking a systems-driven E-commerce Order Administrator for a UK-based client near Maitland.
The role involves identifying, troubleshooting and reporting issues across online orders, platform glitches and customer queries, with solid IT terminology knowledge.
Office-based with UK hours (SAST).
Responsibilities include managing orders in-house, resolving consignments issues, updating product data and pricing, and producing detailed reports for the Customer Service team.
