Job Description
MacKillop Family Services is seeking dedicated Residential Care Workers for night shifts in the Warrnambool region, in permanent part time or casual roles, reporting to the Residential House Supervisor and supporting young people in out-of-home care.
The position requires a Certificate IV in relevant field or equivalent, a genuine interest in young people, empathy, and robust emotional regulation.
A current First Aid, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening are essential.
