Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations across group entities2.
Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports3.
Assist with BAS, GST, and other statutory and regulatory lodgements4.
Maintain accurate general ledger records and assist with month-end and year-end close processes5.
Support intercompany reconciliations and loan account tracking across the Bacena group6.
Assist senior finance team members with audit preparation and liaison with external auditors and advisers7.
Assist with invoice processing, expense management, and payment runs8.
Maintain organised financial records and documentation in accordance with internal policies9.
Provide general administrative support to the finance and compliance functions as required
