As a Client Intake Assistant, you will be responsible for:Managing all current client incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online platformsReferring calls and enquiries to relevant stakeholdersEnsuring phones are responded toexpeditiouslyWhen not responding to enquiries, performing Paralegal tasks such asPreparing legal correspondence and court documents;General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, binding,



etc;Preparing and editing correspondence.You will ideally be currently completing your undergraduate studies and available to work full-time.
You will have:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrityExperience in high-volume customer service or call centre roles within a legal or skilled services environmentAdept at multitasking and managing time effectively in a fast-paced work environmentStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficientlyA positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
