Rode Pool Services is a well-established, family-owned swimming pool service and supply company. Their business incorporates three retail stores with a service area predominantly dedicated to the northern suburbs of Brisbane. They are currently looking to add to their infield service technician team.

Position Overview:- For candidates without industry experience, your salary will commence at $65,000.00 per annum gross plus superannuation. Once trained, you will also have the ability to earn commissions and access overtime work when the opportunity arises. If you have existing industry experience, a salary package will be structured based on your current abilities and skill level.

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-

- Domestic swimming pool servicing
- Fault finding and diagnosis




- Equipment removal and installation
- Recommending and selling equipment
- Assisting with colleague training
- Establishing and maintaining open and honest relationships with clients

Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:-

- Communication skills promoting professional customer service
- Computer proficiency in a Microsoft network
- Friendly, social approach with a strong focus on professionalism and customer service
- Experience as a swimming pool service technician or a technician in a similar field is highly regarded but not required
- Trade qualifications will be well regarded but not required

Salary Range:- Commencing at $65,000.00 + Super + Commission + overtime worked, $80,000 + Super + Commission for experienced applicants Head Office Location:- Windsor, Brisbane
