Our Lady of Mercy is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and committed Early Years Catholic educator who places students at the heart of everything they do.

There are two positions available. One maternity leave and one ongoing.

Selection Criteria





- Demonstrated knowledge and application of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Sound understanding of the National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Proven ability to create inclusive, nurturing and stimulating learning environments that promote children's wellbeing, agency, independence and successful transition to school, recognising the diverse needs of all learners.
- Highly developed communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education

Qualifications Required

Accreditation to Teach Religious Education (desirable)

Relevant Four Year Trained Tertiary Qualifications (Early Years)
