The Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive National Account Executive to support our Sales team, while also assisting with the management of key UK and EU retail accounts. This role is ideal for candidates with two to three years of experience in Sales Coordination, Account Executive roles or Buying Assistant positions who are ready to step into a fast‑paced, commercially focused environment.

You will work closely with the National Account Managers to support our major retailers. Your strong Excel capability, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential to ensuring seamless account execution and high‑quality retailer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support and Account Management

- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to maintain and grow retail partnerships.
- Assist in managing client needs, orders, and communications with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support category range reviews and facilitate the paperwork for new product launches.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date representation of Bali Body’s brand and products on retailer websites.




- Collaborate with marketing and graphics teams to create retailer-specific assets.

Sales Analysis and Reporting

- Prepare and analyse sales performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets, identifying trends and actionable insights.
- Maintain and update sales forecasts according to established processes.
- Populate customer contact reports and share updates with internal teams.

Operational and Retailer Support

- Handle administrative tasks for product launches and retailer operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of account activities.
- Provide training to retailer staff, enhancing product knowledge and brand advocacy.

Multitasking & Prioritisation in a Dynamic Workplace

- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while ensuring quality and accuracy.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

- Proven > 2 years experience in a similar role, such as Sales Coordinator, Account Executive, or Buying Assistant.
- Strong Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with major retailers (e.g., Chemist Warehouse, Woolworths) is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
