Due to continued growth across our operations, we are seeking an enthusiastic, eager, and detail-oriented Accounts Officer (primary receivables) to join our Belmont team on a full-time basis.

THE ROLE

- Reviewing field service work orders and job notes to generate and issue timely, accurate invoices.
- Matching customer Purchase Orders (POs) and service reports to billing requirements
- Monitoring aged receivables and actively following up on outstanding accounts via phone and email
- Handling customer queries and resolving billing discrepancies politely and efficiently




- Assisting with month-end accounts receivable reconciliations and reporting.
- Any other duties as required

ABOUT YOU

- Robust Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and invoice verification.
- AR Expertise: A solid understanding of core accounting principles and end-to-end AR processes.
- Great Communication Skills: Excellent customer service abilities with a firm yet polite approach to debt collection.
- Resilience & Autonomy: The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and handle high-volume periods under pressure.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Xero, Hubdoc and MS Suite (Excel is a must)
