Robert Half is currently partnering with a well-established organisation based in Osborne Park to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Officer on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

This is a great chance for someone looking to secure a long-term position within a supportive finance team. The successful candidate will initially join on a temporary basis, with the view to transitioning into a permanent role.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and efficiently.

- Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes
- Performing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Managing the AP inbox and responding to supplier queries
- Maintaining accurate supplier records and account information
- Assisting with month-end processes and general finance administration
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment queries

About You
- Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable position
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills




- Experience with Epicor will be highly regarded (not essential)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to commence at short notice
