Administrative Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our business, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a welcoming, professional experience for our customers and team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Greeting all visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answering and directing incoming calls, ensuring customers and business partners are promptly connected to the right team members.
- Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email, creating a positive experience at every interaction.
- Capturing accurate lead information and scheduling in-home appointments efficiently.
- Supporting the Sales Team, including preparing sales folders and updating records.
- Entering customer details and sales contracts into our job management platform with accuracy.
- Coordinating installation bookings by liaising with customers and internal teams.
- Managing retail and trade counter sales with a friendly and helpful approach.
- Maintaining a clean, presentable, and organised reception area at all times.
- Assisting with general administrative duties to support the wider team.





Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Proven customer service experience, with a friendly, courteous, and team-oriented attitude.
- Solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and phone enquiries with confidence.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage professionally with customers and team members.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage information and respond to a range of customer needs.
