Rubiks IT, a growing MSP based in Miami QLD, seeks an experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician with MSP background to support small to medium businesses.
You will manage helpdesk tickets, handle endpoint management, and perform network troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 settings.The role requires minimum 2 years MSP experience, Intune/MDM familiarity, and solid TCP/IP knowledge, with full Australian work rights.
Onsite support and proactive monitoring are part of the responsibilities.
