Senior Helpers Penrith is seeking two Care Partners – one Enrolled Nurse (EN) and one Registered Nurse (RN) – to join our Community Aged Care team in NSW.
We offer full time and part time opportunities with flexibility depending on the successful candidates.Pay is AUD * per hour based on qualifications and experience.
You will conduct holistic client assessments, develop and review care plans, monitor services and coordinate supports while communicating with clients and families.
