Your new role…

Koda is seeking an ambitious Financial Adviser to join one of our established teams. This opportunity is ideally suited for a qualified Adviser who is looking for the next stage in their career development. Koda Capital will have the opportunity for you to broaden your experience by working with sophisticated clients and complex advice scenarios.

You will join a team that are committed to sharing their knowledge, experience and expertise and have the opportunity to further develop your technical and strategic advice capabilities, deepen your client relationships, and continue building a rewarding long-term career in private wealth management.

As a Koda Adviser, you will…

- Manage and develop relationships with an established portfolio of clients.
- Work closely with Senior Advisers & Partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Deliver sophisticated strategic wealth advice across investments, retirement planning, superannuation and intergenerational wealth transfer.
- Maintain outstanding client service standards and foster long-term trusted relationships.




- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to business growth.
- Provide clients with ongoing insights into investment markets, portfolio performance and strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with investment, technical and specialist teams to deliver holistic advice solutions.
- Contribute to the development of Associates, Senior Associates and emerging Advisers as your own leadership capability grows.

What You Will Bring…

- Minimum 8-10 years' experience as a Financial Adviser.
- Completion of relevant adviser education requirements and professional standards.
- A genuine desire to continue developing as an adviser and work with increasingly sophisticated client needs.
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a high-performing team environment.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and client focus.
