About the Role

Working closely with our new and used vehicle sales teams, you will guide customers through our range of aftercare and aftermarket products, helping them select options that suit their needs.

Your responsibilities will include

- Building rapport with customers and understanding their vehicle ownership needs.
- Presenting aftercare products and clearly explaining their features, benefits, and value.
- Making the most of sales opportunities and achieving agreed sales targets.
- Working with the sales teams to provide a smooth and professional purchase experience.
- Coordinating product orders and installation arrangements ahead of vehicle delivery.
- Maintaining accurate customer records, sales documentation, and system entries.
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries and following up on outstanding opportunities.
- Developing your product knowledge through ongoing training.

About You You are a positive, professional,



and customer-focused salesperson who takes pride in your work and is motivated by results.

You will bring

- At least one year of experience in automotive sales, with aftercare experience highly regarded.
- A proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The confidence to explain products and recommend suitable options.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using computer systems and completing sales paperwork.
- A resilient approach, a willingness to learn and a team-first attitude.
- A current Australian driver’s licence.
- A current motor vehicle salesperson’s or yard manager’s licence.
