Best Care Aged Care Services is looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Aged Care Support Workers to provide quality care and support to older Australians in their own homes across Hoxton Park and surrounding areas.

About the role

Your responsibilities may include

- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living.
- Supporting clients with showering, dressing and grooming.
- Assisting with meal preparation and domestic tasks.
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
- Building positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Following individual care plans and reporting changes in clients' needs.

What we're looking for

- Certificate III in Nursing, Individual Support (Ageing), or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Experience in aged care or community care.




- A caring, respectful and skilled approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and a genuine commitment to person-centred care.
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, if required for the role.
- Relevant employment screening and other required checks.
