Our leading client in the concrete industry is seeking Agitator Drivers to join their team in Walliston, Perth. They produce a large range of colours and decorative concrete products, including polished, honed, exposed aggregate, coloured concrete and liquid limestone.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Driver looking for consistent Monday-to-Friday work and a long-term career with a reputable employer.

New to agitator driving?

That's okay! If you hold a current HR Licence, have a good attitude and are keen to build a career in the concrete industry, our client is willing to train the right person.

What's on offer?

- Permanent full time position
- Monday to Friday - no weekend work
- 8-10 hour working days
- Start times between 4:30am and 7:00am
- Finish times approximately 12:30pm-3:00pm
- Stable, ongoing employment

About the role As an Agitator Driver, you'll be responsible for safely delivering concrete to a variety of construction sites across Perth while maintaining a high level of customer service and safety.

Your responsibilities will include

- Operating an agitator truck and delivering concrete to site




- Safely discharging concrete at customer and construction sites
- Communicating with site teams via two-way radio
- Washing out the drum after deliveries
- Keeping your truck clean and well presented
- Completing required vehicle and safety checks
- Following all site and workplace safety procedures

What you'll need To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- A current HR Licence
- Experience driving trucks, ideally 6-8 wheelers
- Previous agitator/concrete experience is highly regarded, but not essential
- Decorative concrete experience preferred, however grey concrete experience will also be considered
- A willingness to learn - our client is happy to train the right person who holds an HR Licence but has minimal experience
- Confidence communicating with site teams via two-way radio
- A strong commitment to safety
- Reliability and a solid work ethic
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
