Demonstrate a practical understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander inequities, and health issues to deliver informed, evidence based culturally appropriate care.

Demonstrate high level communication and interpersonal skills in the provision of client care and advocacy. Including working collaboratively and in partnership with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, health service providers and other health professionals.

Provide a defined range of clinical screening assessments as delegated and allowed by testing guidelines and legislation.

Provide a defined range of treatments as prescribed by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers, Clinical Nurses or Allied Health Professionals and work under their general direction including using decision support tools, clinical pathways and patient guidelines

Remuneration value up to $82,215 p.a., comprising salary between $68,471- $72,058 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (CA3).
