We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to look after TechnologyOne and a broad set of business applications for a client in Melbourne’s south-east. It’s a contract through to 30 April 2027.

Most of your time will go into BAU support of TechnologyOne and the other enterprise applications. The rest is governance: making sure the business-owned applications have clear ownership, proper support arrangements and someone keeping an eye on risk.

What you’ll be doing:

- Triaging and resolving incidents, requests and problems across TechnologyOne and other enterprise applications, escalating to vendors and internal teams where needed
- Supporting upgrades, releases, patches and configuration changes, including testing and transition to support
- Monitoring and troubleshooting integrations, interfaces and data flows between systems
- Providing BAU governance over business-supported applications: ownership, support arrangements, risk,



vendor dependencies and lifecycle
- Coordinating with the managed database partner on SQL-related requests, incidents and changes
- Keeping documentation, knowledge articles and service catalogue items accurate and current

What you’ll bring:

- Application support experience in a complex operational environment, with TechnologyOne strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL, including querying, backup and recovery principles and application dependencies
- Experience supporting integrations, APIs or scheduled data transfers
- Sound grounding in ITSM practice across incident, problem, change and knowledge
- Some scripting, reporting or automation work that reduced manual effort
- Transparent communication with business owners, vendors, service desk and technical teams
