Art of Aquaria has been looking after aquariums across Sydney since 2005. We install, rent and maintain display tanks for offices, medical and dental clinics, restaurants and homes. The business is under current management and we’re growing, so we’re looking for a reliable Service Technician to join the team.

About the role

You’ll spend most of your day on the road visiting clients on a set service schedule. Each visit involves cleaning and maintaining the tank, testing and treating water, checking fish health, and making sure the equipment is running properly. Clients see these tanks every day, so leaving each one looking its best matters.

Day to day you’ll be:

- Cleaning glass, gravel, ornaments and filters
- Doing water changes and water testing
- Checking on fish and flagging any health issues
- Servicing and replacing pumps, heaters, lights and filters
- Helping with new tank setups and relocations
- Logging each visit and any issues in our job system




- Being friendly and professional with clients on site

About you

- Current full driver’s licence (essential)
- Reliable, punctual and happy working on your own
- Tidy and careful, especially in clients’ workplaces and homes
- Physically fit enough to lift buckets of water and equipment
- Fishkeeping experience is a big plus, but we’ll train the right person
- Comfortable using a phone or tablet to log jobs
