International Commercial Cleaning company is in search of a hands-on Area Manager to join our Perth team. The emphasis of this role is to ensure client satisfaction - ultimately ensuring long-term client retention.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for

Client service management

Managing a portfolio of clients & building excellent long-term client relationships

Managing complaints & disputes

Cleaning team training & management

Conducting new contract start-ups and implementations

Conducting Site Audits & Risk Assessments

Inspecting completed work & ensuring rectification of non conforming work is carried out promptly

Previous experience in the cleaning industry at a supervisory level of at least 2 years or more is required.

To be successful in this position, you MUST;

Be fluent in both written & spoken English and have EXCELLENT communication skills





Be an Australian permanent resident/citizen or have the right to work in Australia indefinitely

Be pro-active in trouble shooting and providing workable solutions

Be able to think and act quickly & use your common sense

Take pride in your work and have outstanding personal hygiene & presentation

Be comfortable with technology

Be skilled in all aspects of commercial cleaning

Be adaptable with working hours
