Our client is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their established Currambine team. With outsourced PCRs, offshore administration support and no after-hours calls, you'll have the opportunity to develop your career without the long hours.

The Role

- Support two experienced Property Managers with their portfolios
- Conduct final bond inspections and some routine inspections
- Respond to tenant enquiries and requests
- Build relationships with landlords and tenants
- Assist with daily Property Management administration




- Use PropertyMe, IRE and REX systems

About You

- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Assistant Property Management experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised, professional and able to manage priorities
- Team player with a willingness to learn and develop
