- Track Retail and Custom orders from receipt through to delivery or collection, following up on any delays or discrepancies
- Coordinate the handover of Custom orders between the store, the Custom team, and customers
- Keep the store merchandised, stocked, and presented to brand standards, and the stockroom and packing areas organised, safe, and efficient
- Monitor inventory, support replenishment and transfers, and assist with stock counts
- Lead opening and closing procedures and follow cash handling, stock security, and loss prevention practices

- Support the Store Manager in coaching, training, and guiding the team, and lead the store in their absence
- Help bring the community to life through in-store events, group rides, product launches, and local activations
- Contribute content and ideas for the store's social channels
- Keep the Store Manager and broader leadership informed on sales, inventory, order status, customer feedback, and upcoming events
