- Manage and review a portfolio of complex business services and tax clients
- Lead, mentor and develop staff, helping build the firm's next generation of leaders
- Act as a trusted adviser on tax planning, structuring, advisory and growth strategies
- Contribute to BD and cross-referral opportunities across the group

YOU

- CA or CPA qualified
- Experienced Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director from public practice
- Strong technical accounting and tax skills, with experience reviewing complex work
- Proven ability to build client relationships and develop people
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of what drives profit in a firm
