Mosman Rowers Club is looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Bar and Café Staff to join our busy waterfront venue.

Located right on Sydney Harbour, Mosman Rowers is a popular destination for locals, members and visitors, offering great food, drinks, live entertainment and private events.

We're looking for people who enjoy hospitality, thrive in a busy environment and take pride in delivering great customer service.

About the Role

We have opportunities available across our Rowers Bar, waterfront café and functions team.

Your responsibilities may include

- Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Making coffee and assisting with café service.
- Taking food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Delivering food and drinks to tables.
- Assisting with functions, private events and group bookings.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming venue.
- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not essential.




- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Availability to work a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends.
- A current NSW RSA certificate for staff serving alcohol.
- Barista experience is highly regarded.
