You'll work closely with the Head Chef to craft a seasonal, contemporary menu and drive quality, consistency and staff development.Join a high-energy team with mentorship from Trader House chefs and a solid focus on local produce.
You'll coach junior cooks, implement operating systems, and set standards that reflect our values of development and sustainability.
