About Us: Nitro Sibir Australia (NSA) is a leading provider of innovative explosives solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Blast Crew member to join our team and drive our safety culture and customer service to new heights. The roster will be 4 days on 3 days off (Monday to Thursday) with some overtime available and will be based in Townsville.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the 'hands-on' delivery of explosive products down pre-drilled blast holes on bench.

- Accurately measuring and loading the blast holes with the correct amount of explosives.

- Assisting with priming and tie-up of the blast.

- Collaborating closely with your team to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

- Daily administration and customer interactions.

- Safely managing the storage, transportation and handling of explosives to prevent accidents.





- At all times acting with integrity and respect.

- Attention to detail to ensure both safety and efficiency in blasting operations.

Qualifications:

- Australian Open Class Manual Drivers Licence
- A current Forklift ticket is advantageous, but not essential.

- A current Heavy Rigid (HR) drivers’ licence is advantageous, but not essential.

- An excellent, positive and team-based attitude where you look out for your teammates.

- A basic mechanical comprehension is advantageous, but not essential.

- Excellent communication skills.
