The Seaton Hotel is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bottle Shop Manager to oversee our busy bottle shop and deliver a first-class experience for our customers. About the Role

As Bottle Shop Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our bottle shop, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and outstanding service. You’ll lead a small team and work closely with venue management to achieve sales and operational targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and company policies.
- Lead, coach, and roster your team for smooth operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate reporting and assist with budgeting.
- Foster a positive team culture and clear communication.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in drive thru or standalone bottle shops (Sip n Save banner experience highly regarded).
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, stock, and operational targets.




- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and store presentation.
