Digital Biz Solutions Pty Ltd is looking for a Business Architect to work on some major client projects in Australia. The position will be full time.

As a Business Architect, you would undertake the following duties:

- Develop and maintain the business architecture roadmap aligned with organizational strategy
- Define business capabilities, value streams, and operating models
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions align with business goals
- Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
- Support digital transformation initiatives and enterprise architecture efforts
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and communicate architectural vision
- Ensure consistency across business processes,



data, and systems
- Contribute to governance, standards, and best practices in architecture
- This role works closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams to design capabilities, improve processes, and enable digital transformation.

An ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate extensive experience in:

- Should have experience working as a Business Analyst for large transformation programs.
- Capability Modelling and Design
- Process Architecture
- Optimize Business Processes
- Organization Design and Role Definition
- Align Business Strategy with Execution

This is a full-time role with a salary of $100K and above, excluding superannuation.
