In Queensland, Sonoma is entering an exciting new phase of growth, with ambitious plans to expand its presence and bring its exceptional artisan offering to more of the region’s hospitality venues.

Sonoma is seeking a Business Development Manager to help realise that ambition, building lasting partnerships, opening new opportunities and establishing the brand as a leading name in Queensland’s premium bakery market.

THE ROLE

- Win recent customers across cafés, restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups and caterers in Brisbane and South East Queensland.
- Develop distributor and wholesale partnerships, while creating demand with their customers.
- Build a strong customer pipeline ahead of an expanding fresh bakery range.




- Grow existing accounts through range expansion, regular engagement and purposeful business reviews.
- Own territory revenue, margin, pipeline quality and CRM reporting.

THE PERSON You have a proven record of winning new business in hospitality or foodservice, whether in bakery, coffee, beverages or liquor. You understand how distributors and wholesalers operate, negotiate confidently and are disciplined with pricing, margins and the detail behind a healthy pipeline. Established Brisbane hospitality relationships will be a strong advantage.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone resourceful, persistent and proud to represent exceptional food. You’ll report to the Head of Sales and work closely to deliver Queensland growth. A current driver’s licence is required.
