We are looking for an ambitious, driven Business Development Manager / Corporate Event Sales Specialist to join a fast-paced, high-performing commercial team. In this role, you’ll connect directly with senior corporate decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, and Marketing Directors) to pitch premium event sponsorships, exhibition space, and B2B media solutions across key growth industries.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Identify, prospect, and engage decision-makers to sell sponsorship packages, delegate passes, and exhibition spaces for flagship corporate events.
- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored event/media sponsorship solutions that solve client brand-awareness and audience-growth challenges.
- Build long-term trust with corporate clients, ensuring maximum value and securing recurring multi-event partnerships.




- Manage your sales cycle end-to-end - from cold outreach and networking to proposal delivery and closing.
- Work closely with event producers, marketing, and operations teams to deliver outstanding event experiences for your sponsors and partners.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, corporate event sponsorship, delegate sales, exhibition space sales, or media/advertising sales.
- Exceptional phone, virtual, and face-to-face communication skills with the confidence to influence C-level executives.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and energized by cold prospecting, pipeline generation, and achieving targets.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and loves the energy of live event delivery.
