We’re looking for a commercially minded Business Growth Manager to help grow sales of our lubricant products across the Australian market.

This is a hands-on chance for someone who enjoys understanding technical products, identifying new applications and turning customer needs into profitable sales. You’ll develop new business, strengthen existing customer relationships and help identify where our next growth opportunities lie.

Lubricants industry experience would be valuable, but it is not essential. If you have successfully sold technical or industrial products in Australia, bring strong commercial judgement and can learn our product range, we’d like to hear from you.

The opportunity

Your immediate focus will be growing product sales: winning new customers, expanding existing accounts and developing opportunities across different industries. You’ll also contribute to our broader commercial direction, helping prioritise markets and develop a focused approach to growth.

Over time, as the business expands, you'll have the opportunity to develop, mentor, and eventually manage a broader sales and business development team. We’re looking for someone who can deliver sales results today and has the potential to lead others in the future.

What you’ll do

- Identify and develop new markets, industries and applications for our lubricant products.
- Win new customers through prospecting, customer visits, product presentations, quotations, negotiation, and order closing.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to supply additional products across our range.




- Understand customers’ technical and commercial requirements and match them with suitable products.
- Build lasting relationships with buyers, decision-makers and other key customer contacts.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, with clear priorities and consistent follow-through.
- Contribute market insights and customer feedback to sales planning and commercial decisions.
- As the business grows, help build, mentor and lead the sales and business development team.

What you’ll bring

You’ll have a proven track record selling technical or industrial products in the Australian market, plus the initiative to find opportunities and the discipline to convert them into sales.

We’re looking for

- Demonstrated success winning new customers and growing product sales.
- Solid commercial judgement, including an understanding of pricing, margins and profitable growth.
- The ability to learn a technical product range and explain its applications and value clearly.
- Confidence in building relationships, negotiating and securing orders.
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently.
- A collaborative mindset and the potential to coach, develop and lead others.

Experience in lubricants is welcome. Relevant backgrounds may also include industrial consumables, chemicals, engineering products, manufacturing supplies or other technical product sales.
