Role Description The Business Professional and Leader role is a remote opportunity focused on guiding and supporting individuals as they develop their own purpose-driven businesses.

On a day-to-day basis, the role involves conducting online consultations and creating clarity on vision, goals and business strategies.

The position includes providing structured guidance and leveraging digital tools, training materials, and ongoing support to deliver results.

The Business Professional and Leader also engages in proactive communication,



follows up with prospective and current clients and maintains organised records of client interactions.

This role is suited to self-directed professionals who are comfortable working independently in a flexible, autonomy-oriented environment.

Qualifications

- Analytical skills to assess client needs, evaluate opportunities, and provide guidance.
- Effective communication skills to build trust, deliver explicit guidance and maintain positive, supportive relationships.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or leadership development is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage flexible schedules and take initiative in client outreach and follow-up is highly valued.
- Comfortable with remote work, online collaboration tools and digital communication platforms is beneficial.
- Background in business, entrepreneurship, personal development, or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and support clients from diverse backgrounds in a non-discriminatory manner.
