Caretaker / Cleaner – Body Corporate Sites

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Caretaker to join our team, responsible for cleaning and light garden maintenance across body corporate properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- General cleaning of common areas (lobbies, lifts, bin rooms, etc.)
- Basic garden and grounds maintenance (sweeping, trimming, weeding)
- Reporting any building issues or maintenance needs
- Ensuring sites are kept to a high standard for residents

Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience (body corporate/strata cleaning highly regarded)
- Some garden maintenance experience
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Full driver’s licence
