Cater Care is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations at a remote contract site in Ensham, QLD. You will drive culinary excellence, mentor a diverse kitchen team, and manage budgets, stock control and ordering with autonomy.

Trade qualified with proven Head Chef experience is essential. You’ll champion food safety, OH&S;, and a positive team culture while delivering high-volume, quality meals for remote workers under a FIFO/DIDO 8/6 roster.
