YFS is seeking a Family Practitioner to build genuine relationships with young parents, especially young fathers, and to support them to strengthen parenting skills and wellbeing.
You will work within an integrated service model across youth programs, family services, housing and legal support, with a focus on delivering the Young Dad’s Squad and improving safety and family connections.
